Thread: NUMC Roommate Needed for August-December...ONLY $500/mo (it's all yours in January)

I have a great place in East Meadow, NY, less than a mile away from NUMC... it's in a beautiful quiet neighborhood... it's a basement studio apt.... the landlord lives upstairs, but she's not here during the winter... the rent is $500 each... it's fully furnished with a bed and a futon.

I am done with cores in July, but I want to stay in the area for my electives, through December, so I need a roommate to take over for the next set of rotations at NUMC.

I do have a cat, but he's pretty chill (just letting you know, in case you're allergic)

All-in-all, it's a great place (which is why I wanna stay here until i'm done with clinicals)... and then I wanna hand it off to a lucky tenant.
