I have been searching online for possible housing near the hospital. The apartments I've seen are ideal, but ridiculously priced, almost double what I paid on the island! Don't want to rent a room in a house, so looks like sublet will be the way go. But most owners don't have pics available, and the ones that do, the places look sort of shady.

Heard that I could go with realtors the hospital suggested, but their fee matches the asking price! I'm already broke as it is, so I'm trying to find places on my own.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction? There must be a better way to go about this...
