Owner: Gerard. Owner was dishonest and will rip off students with regards to rent/deposit. DO NOT pursue his advertisments or leads.

I posted a thread a month or two ago advertising this apt. But now, I am asking anyone to ignore this apt or this owner, if the opportunity presented itself during your search.
