Thread: need housing in Brooklyn

I'm looking for an apartment or someone who has an apartment to share for 3 months, starting Nov 1st, close to Lutheran hospital. I'm getting desperate!

I have a room you can sublet - if you are female, because the other roomate is female. I live on 73rd street and 3ave. about 20 streets away from lutheran. I'm near the R subway line. I did all my cores at lutheran so I know the commute is not bad at all. There is also a bus the B37 runs also basically up and down 3ave. and will drop you one ave from the hospital.

anyway. the place is fully furnished, has internet, phone, cable, fax. You will be subletting with another female. You will split the electricity with her per month. It usually ends up being around 40 dollars. but i will pay for the internet/cable.

I pay 800 / month + utilities. Maybe you can pay 600 plus electricity / month. and I will pay for your internet/cable/phone.
