Apartment available in Whitestone, Queens

Hey guys, a friend of mine is about to start her residency and the apartment she is in will be available in July. If you really need it, they can probably accommodate you with end of June. I've been to their place, it is a nice 2bdrm with a balcony and a huge terrace. Bus stops right on the corner of the bock, plenty of parking right next to the house which is unheard of in NYC. It is a residential area, so it is fairly quiet. The rent is 1350$, I'm not sure if something is included or not. PM me if interested.
