Family Practice is a 6 week rotation :1 week of inpatient at MIH and the rest at an outpatient clinic. On the first or second day of the rotation you will choose from a list of available clinics throughout the Queens area. The workload and hours depends on the clinic you go to. The one week of inpatient service (in my opinion) was a waste of time...lots of scutwork. I learned more from the 5 weeks of outpatient clinic.
