i live in houston. where is ur test center located (address)?
houston is a pretty easy city to navigate I think. if u want some ghetto food, don't forget timmy chans!

sorry. not my part of town. that sounds like north houston. i would suggest just get something close to the test center. driving there should not be a problem if you are 5 or 6 miles from hotel to testing center.

if you got to the USMLE website and look under testing centers i believe they have a list of hotels
the place is located very close to the airport so you can just stay at a hotel near the airport and you will be about a 10 min drive to the location depending on the hotel.... skipper

Hotel Sofitel is really nice
Sofitel Houston in Houston, Texas
I stayed there. It is across the street from the testing center. They can also give you a ride in their van. Very nice. It was good to get room service breakfast the morning of my test. Be careful some of the hotels along that road are "seedy". Good luck.
