Thread: Health Insurance.

I'm not sure if this question should be addressed here or on the main forum. I was just curious what health insurance company the students in clinicals are using? I'm from Saba University and is currently shopping around for a good health insurance plan. Thanks.

Im pretty sure AUC's policy they offer is the only option. You can try purchasing others, but I did a comparison and AUC's policy was the cheapest for what you get. You can always try to old, "Professional curtiousy" for routine care. Major stuff the AUC policy would handle.

Thanks for the response. It seems to me that many people have informed me the cheapest insurance they were able to get were the ones their school offered. Therefore, I'll probably end up getting the one offered by Saba. Thanks.

I use CareFirstt BlueCross/BlueShield. I don't trust our schools insurance.....it's cheap but it's crappy.

It really is cheap and crappy. I think you're better off paying out of pocket.
