Chances at AUA?

Just wanted to know if I had any chance at all at getting accepted into AUA for Fall 2014 or even Spring 2015. My overall gpa is 3.4 but my science gpa is suffering horribly. have gotten C's in every pre-req/natural science course. I have not taken OrgoII but I will be taking it at a community college due to financial issues and plan to be getting at least a B+. I am going to be starting research this fall. I will also be taking my MCATs next year but figure I can manage atleast a 20-25. Do I have any chance at AUA or any other good Caribbean med schools. I talked with my advisor and she had told me I had a better chance at getting into a Caribbean med school rather than a U.S physician assistant program (original plan). Any input would really be helpful. I am at a loss at what to do. I am passionate about healthcare and always have been. What should I do?

I think you will be fine for AUA. Your GPA won't be a problem. Keep working hard
