Thread: Transfer to AUA

hey guys I go to SMU but got dismissed b/c i failed path by 2 pts. So, i was thinking about transfering to AUA. But, i dont know anything about AUA nor the island. Does anyone know if AUA accepted a dismissed student? What is the course schedule for 4th and 5th semesters? Are the classes for 4th semester held all day long or just few hours? 5th semester is in the US correct? What is taught in the 5th semester? Does AUA offer kaplan course in the 5th semester or the students take that seperately on there own? Is it better/cheaper to live in the residential halls or private house? how is the island like? Safe or not? Can someone please help me out? Any info is helpful...More info the better!!

I was academically dismissed from AUC due to failing physio twice and thinking of applying to AUA. Are my chances of getting accepted worth going through this transfer process? I still hope to become a physician.
