    Anesthesiology elective

Anyone know what the best anesthesiology elective that AUA offers? If anyone has done one that recommends it, I would really appreciate any information/advice.

I know most people are critical of Wyckoff, but I did Anesthesiology there and it was great. All the anesthesiologists there are friendly, knowledgeable and there to answer questions you have. It's a very "hands on" rotation, so you'll be able to intubate, push medications and respirate patients while under. You will also become a pro at putting in IV's as they get you to do all the surgical Pre-ops there. You'll be mostly in the OR, but you can also opt to go see them work on OB and ICU cases. I'm not really sure where else AUA has anesthesiology, I guess you'd have to do a little digging around on your own or set something up yourself.

Thanks, I asked around and that seems to be the best one available from AUA.
