Missing Grade/evaluation!

Has anyone been successful in tracking down a missing evaluation/grade? I have been trying to track down an elective grade from Jackson Park for months! I've been able to reach Joenith and Barbara, but I still haven't seen any progress. I only have one rotation left and I want to square this away already. If anyone has any contacts I should reach out to, please let me know.

Have you called the Registrar to see if the grade has been submitted to AUA? Did you call RB or cf in the Elective rotations dept. at JPH to see when the evaluation was mailed to AUA? Did you save a copy of the evaluation to send to AUA in case the original got "lost" in the mail? Was the rotation Radiology? My radiology grade was held up in AUA's accounting dept. of all places because they didn't like the way the doctor filled it out. Anyway, I called and explained why he put what he put and I got my A emailed to me later that day.

Thanks, Shayloure. I've spoken to RB, and she gave me the date it was sent but CF never answers the phone or returns my messages. She said the CF handles mailing out the evals, but he never answers the phone. I told the clinical department the date it was sent. I didn't get to copy the eval, because Dr.M was out the last week. Dr.T had him sign our evals and handed them in to R. and CF himself. This was a cardiology elective. How did you find out that your eval was in the accounting department?

Because cf told me all evaluations go to the accounting department first because they're sent with an invoice, meaning AUA has to pay that clinical site for however many completed rotations come back in that package. I had did radiology and some questions on the evaluation my doctor put 'n/a' for because he couldn't evaluate me in those areas (i.e. patient interaction because in radiology, you don't interact with patients).
