I wanted to know how many students are currently attenteding KMCIC and is the basic science program similar to that in AUA as from what I understand that basic science in KMC starts with a repeat of organic chemistry and physics.

I am considering applying to KMCIC because of the atmosphere and the campus seems much more well established although i'm not sure how well students are prepared for the USMLE when compared to AUA.

Nobody REALLY knows at this point how well KMCIC is preparing students for Step 1 because no KMCIC student has taken Step 1 yet that I know of.

Not sure what you mean by repeating Org Chem.

Manipal University is very nice. I just got back from visiting about a month ago. Who knew that a modern world-class university exists in the middle of rural, SW India?

Once students complete the Basic Sciences in Manipal , do they goto Miami to do the "Introduction of Clinicals" as the AUA students do in order to prepare for the USMLE?

Yes. Students from KMCIC enter the same 5th Semester curriculum as AUA students. They actually become AUA students when coming back to the US for 5th Semester and Clinical Rotations.
