most bangali school offer mbbs degree which is similar to a masters in medical science in the states. mbbs is pretty much useless in the states. some programs do have md degrees im not sure which one though. if u want to go abroad and want to come back and study in the states or canada u should look into crib schools.
you are wrong...an MBBS is an MD equivalent in the the US.
but on the point of studying abroad...do everything you can do to stay in Canada to study medicine if practicing in canada is your goal...canada is much more img Unfriendly than the US - yes there are foreign doctors practicing in both canada and the US, but it is becoming more more difficult to get residencies in both countries as an F/IMG...read around this forum to see just how difficult...
and if you have done nothing to ruin your chances to get into a canadian med school, you should try that 1st...if you then do something (crappy gpa crappy mcat) the foreign schools will still be there.
however, the domiciled bangladesh med schools will most likely be not available to you, since they are very competitive for the spots...only the best and brightest in bangladesh are even able to get the chance to get a spot...unless you have some connection only the private schools will be options for you.
and do you speak bengali? while classes may be in english, the rest of your stay will be a bit difficult if you only speak english.
