Did you try private medical colleges in India ? There are a lot . And if I were you , I'd give them a shot.
    Why ??
I am a Sri Lankan student who missed medicine in just 2 marks but still got 2A 1B for A/L. So I myself am looking for an Indian medical college to go to since their level of medicine is so high ( from what I have heard ). So since you are from India it self, I think you should look for private medical colleges in India first. If you can get in to them its great I think. And its not so costly for Indian residents like its for foreign students. I searched for many and they are so so expensive. Somewhat affordable ones "almost" cannot be found . But I love to go to India to study medicine !!
Try your best to get in to medical college in India. That's the best option according to my opinion!

Only if that doesn't work, you can look for Bangladesh, Nepal .
Going to Ukrain, Georgia, Russia ... these are also options. But the problem is clinical training. The clinical training between these areas are different . Not saying they are not good, its just that they are 'different'.
Nepal, Bangladesh, ... these are closer to India . So diseases are quite a bit similar too. Which is an advantage when doing clinical training.
I am closely keeping my eye on Nepal medical colleges mostly because I need a good clinical practice. Most of their admissions were closed for this August intake. So I'll have to wait another whole year . You can apply for B.P Koirala Institute in Nepal, Dharan. Its deadline is 22nd July. And classes start around August/ September. And then there's Manipal in Pokhara ( which I am looking forward to go to next year ). I have been told these are the best ones in Nepal. There are more.... Nepal medical college, Kathmandu Medical college, College of Medical Sciences....
There are some in Bangladesh which start around January .... like Chittagong medical college.. You can give it a shot if you want. There are a lot of Sri Lankan and Indian students from what I have heard.

Georgia - Tbilisi State medical college
Ukrain - I don't remember the names but there are quite a few and heard there are a lot of Asians as well.
    And Russia....
If you want to go to Europe, I saw in another thread that its good to go to Romania, but you have to learn Romanian I think. I don't know. I am not much familiar with European college since I am following up Asian ones.

China is also another option. Fudan and Zhejang ( or something like that ) offers English medium ones. They are not that expensive too. But I personally prefer South Asian ones other than China because you'll probably have to learn Chinese a lot to communicate with people. If you are good at learning languages then ok. Anyway, these are 6 years long.

Nepal , India.. - 5.5 yrs including 1 year internship (I think that having to do one year internship is good because you can get a good practice before coming back to your own country. You'll probably have to write for an exam before registering in your country . So it will be easier when you are having a good clinical practice. Otherwise you'll have to repeat it . That's how its in SL. Many foreign graduates keep repeating the exam because they fail due to lack of good practice)
China - 6 years for the whole course ( start around in October/ November I think. Not sure )

Oh.. and also try for Malaysia and Philippines.
I don't know much about them, but you can always search for them in a forum . Phillipine follows up medical programme in USA I think. And they also give MD ( Doctor of Medicine ) instead of MBBS ,,... like in US. ( As I said, I am not sure. Just follow up some threads about Phillipines medical colleges and you'll find more information )

Hope I helped you in anyway !

There are many great points in Ribbo's post. Try your best to stay in India. There are many private colleges, but yes, getting in via management quota will be very expensive. Nepal is a good choice also. Outside these places, the food, culture, everything will be quite different from what you are used to. Some of the options popular with Indians include the English programs in China, Russia and the Philippines. Note that while most Filipino medical colleges follow the 4 year degree then 4 year medical school method, many colleges have now started MBBS programs to cater to foreign students. If you decide to go outside of India, be sure to obtain your Eligibility Certificate from the Medical Council of India before committing to a college outside of the country.

If looking into the Philippines, check out Southwestern University (Matias H. Aznar). They have an MBBS program and many students from India now. And its not a bad place to live and study.

    Transworld Educare could guide you

As you asked for some good and cheap college to study MBBS you could prefer Davao Medical college. The college is listed among the MCI approved college and also has been recognized by WHO as best college. The Indian students who are graduated from the Philippines have the highest pass percentage in clearing the MCI screening test conducted twice a year by the Medical council of India.

The students of India could approach DMSF through Transworld Educare the principal associate of Davao, located in Pune. Transworld offers you the pre-medical course B.s in India and the students could move to DMSF for the remaining 4 years for MD degree. Also, students from Transworld has maximum passed in NMAT exams an entrance conducted for joining medical colleges in the Philippines.

There are numerous Indian restaurants available in the Davao city also the college has separate cuisine for Indian students. If you are a vegan I would suggest you stick with the hostel food as most of the hotels are nonveg. You could find variety of food and the natural beauty of Davao city would be pleasing.

Admissions are now open in Transworld Educare. Students who wish to study in Davao can mail them or log on to their official website transworld educare.com
