nooooooooooooo , dont do that :
currently am studying at cairo university -faculty of medicine , which is supposed to be best med. school in egypt ... but , there is nothing good about it , it is very crowded , the quality of education is very poor , students are treated like pooh pooh , the labs have no equibment whatsoever , and if equibment are present thery are either outtaed or non-functioning.... us a uk national you will have other problems as : 1- the language of teaching is Arabic although all the books are in english , so u wont be able to understand the teachers 2-the 30$ fee is for egyptians noly , the tution fees are 3000 GBP for non egyptians , which can send you to a very good school any where else 3-the 2 private med. schools here have no recognition outside egypt 4- the country is .......... well , assuming that u have lived all ur life in UK , you cant live here i am egyptian , but i was born and raised in the UAE (Dubai ) , when i came to egypt for college i was suprised , it's nothing similar to what you see in the TV tourism ads...... and after 3 years here , i cant stand it any more and im considering to transfer outside egypt .. |
