Legit. medical schools in the Middle East

What (and where) are the medical schools in the middle eastern/arabic countries that not only accept North americans, and have a solid history, and track record of graduating them, and qualifying them to sit for the USMLE, and passing the USMLE?

A really good med school located in the Middle East is Weill Cornell Medical College in Doha, Qatar. It is controlled by the Cornell Medical College in New York and faculty are all appointed by them as well. Its facilities are really good (I can testify) and in the end you get an M.D. from Cornell.

It is a 6 year program, 2 years pre-med then 4 years med.
