Seems stupid, but anyone following their NFL teams on the island??I can't live without watching my Tennessee Titans..lol...Any rivals around?lol

Wildream, there are lots of students/former jocks here. We get the Miami channels so you can watch whatever games are broadcast on the Miami NBC,ABC, CBS. or Espn. Please remember that modesty is a virtue as there are lots of wildy arrogant people here who think they're just the best. The humble students tend to do the best academically!

yeah i follow up on it too down here...its not hard, just like someone else said you can easily watch the games on TV at home, or if i am at school, i can either watch when i go to eat at the chinese places or at SGA. Or if i am studying at the library, just take a break and go to nfl.com and follow on the website.

thanks for your reply..I am having a hard time figuring out what watching the nfl has to do with being humble or arrogant??I usually watch my favorite games even if I have a big exam, and Ihope that doesn't mean arrogance in your dictionary..clarify plz..lol

lol. wildream, that was not a direct criticism against you, it was just a general observation of what I've seen. lol. Usually, the sport enthusiasts here on campus are the loud mouths, obnoxious type who think they're so cool b/c they follow sports or play sports although they weren't good enough to make it to the professional or even college levels (obvious reasons). Well. 2ndyear..I know it was not any criticism against me..I just wasn't clear on it..but anyway, like you said, I also knew some people in college who always wanted to act like they follow every sport and waste all their days and weeks watching and playing sports without spending much time on studying..of course, they wanted to say indirectly that they are very smart and that they don't need to study..I am glad God created me in a way that I have to study extra to do good, just so I don't become one of those arrogant people..and thank God, I never had problems with my school other than the damn MCAT.lol(I guess that problem is enough to ruin your life.)
