Can you get a clinical rotation that doesn't seem to be affiliated with Saba, but does have many other caribbean med students doing there residency there?

I think you can, for electives. However, you need to be very, very careful in the places you go, and check with Gardner before you even contact the site.

Check on the Saba website... they will have email details there. When I left saba, the policy was that CORES had to be done with Saba hospitals unless you sent a WRITTEN request to the clinical department expressing your interest in outside CORE rotations.

Saba has a list of partial clinical site on their website, but they only listed 1 hospital in new york. Are there more hospitals in new york that you can do rotations in or is it at that one hospital?? Does anyone know if they offer rotations in mount vernon hospital or sound shore in new rochelle??
