22. men, treats his rinnitis with alfa 2 bloker, with overdose what
adverce happens? Tachicardia, bronchospasm, allergy..

i'm confused. i dont see how an alpha 2 blocker would be used for rhinitis? i think that an alpha 1 agonist can be used as a decongestant. maybe it was written incorrectly, or am i missing something? anyone?

well if it were an alpha 1 agonist (mostly vasoconstriction) overdose than u would get an increase in alpha 1 --> inc BP --> inc reflex --> dec HR

if it were alpha 2 block overdose. alpha 2 normally inhibits NE release which will dec sympathics, but this effect is blocked which will inc sympathetics --> inc BP and HR.
