hyposmolarity
coz H2O flows into the cells,K+ diffuses in with H2O leads to hypokalemia
all other choices with hyperkalemia, remember that digoxin inhibits Na+/K+ pump causes hyperkalemia
AND hypokalemia predisposes to digoxin toxicity!
