CA and Phosphate level in chronic use of phenobarbital

phenobarbital is used in seizures and in chronic use u can expect a hypocalcemia mainly due to low Vit.D,,again PTH increases and causes low phosphate level(like the general rule in secondary hypo or hyper PTH,Ca and Phosphate r changed in the same direction,usually)
