i) Can I transfer to a US/Canadian Medical School after finishing my Basic Science ? What are the issues? Why a US/Canadian Medical school will refuse to entertain my application? Anyone knows?

ii) Why off-shore Medical schools waive the MCAT requirements?

iii) Who regulates the off-shore medical schools? what is their business model? How do they make money? who is supporting these school?

Best regards,
Mark

woah cowboy.
Remember: no school owes you a spot. Its up the US schools to see, after reviewing your application for transfer, if they want to take you. If your scores are not too impressive, they wont be interested in giving your the one or two spots they may or may not have. And sometimes even when they are impressive. Its hard to know exactly what they will look for in any one case. Those who tend to do better are folks who at least interviewed or waitlisted when they first applied to medical school. But agian, there is zero guarentee

your second question is a totallydifferent subject. The answer is basically because it attracts people who like a path of least resistance. Also, folks from a non-US system dont need to take the MCAT typically; just the entry exam of their home country.

question three can't be answered simply There are multiple layers of regulation, to various degrees. I have no idea what you mean by business model save its basic capitalism. The students who enroll support the schools. Its a free market system simply put.
