How is living on Saba? Are there plenty of apartments or houses to rent? Is Saba as expensive as Grand Cayman?

Fine, no, and hell no.

Housing is an issue - there are places to rent, but they are occasionally hard to find, especially right around the start/end of semesters. However, a single/studio can be had for $500 a month, furnished (including stove, refrigerator, TV, linens, dishes, etc), and 1 bedrooms can be had for $800 or so. Very nice places (2-3 bedroom, pool, etc) go for upwards of $1000, up to $2000 or so.

Not a lot of availible housing for sure.... People keep coming by my place and asking to see it, and I'm in 3rd.

As for cost, depends on what you're used to paying/living in back home. I pay $550 a month in rent, which some people think is alot for no ammenities (living on edge of 700 foot cliff aside), but I lived alone in downtown before I came here, so I paid out the butt for that place. Housing is and will continue to be an issue.
