If i go to saba and do my best ..is it out of question to get a surgery residency or ENT, so that i can specialize in plastic surgery later on..it´s the only reason i even care about being a dr.
please your insight ....

plastics is among the most competitive of all specialties, if not the most. ENT is also a toughie. i would say that if that is the only specialty you want, you may be disappointed. nothing is impossible, but you gotta play the odds.
remember, that once you get to clinicals your thoughts on specialty may well change. it happens a lot.
another thought....are you open to working and living outside of the US? perhaps it is easier elsewhere, but who knows. i imagine that you want to stick with english speaking countries, so that limits you a bit. but, you may want to look into schools that can get you working in england, ireland, australia, etc...
good luck!

i have no idea about getting residency in uk/ireland from saba. i think that if you want uk/ireland, go to a irish school or an EU country. just makes it a bit easier, no PLAB etc...
i have no desire to do the residency there, hence i know very little about it.

If you want to practice in the US, doing a residency outside the country is worthless. Almost all state boards refuse to give full credit for these, and you'll have to retrain. And then you face the same competative standards to get one of these residencies. General surgery is certainly attainable for an FMG. While doing your residency you can try to amke connections for a plastics fellowship. ENT, is a residency not a fellowship and nearly impossible for an FMG.
