Hey,

I am seriously considering Saba Univ. however one of the main aspects that is holding me back is if once a student graduates from Saba after finishing clinical training, and once they finish residency in the United States, then as a Canadian Citizen would I be able to practice in the United States? Would there be any restrictions on me as a Canadian Citizen? would I be treated as a foreign graduate if I went to Saba and did my residency in the States? I would appreciate any feedback.

could you eleborate a bit more pls.

As well, does Saba help students attain visas?
Are certian residencies better to go into (say family practice) intially in order to get a visa for the US after res. is completed?

Thxs for all the help

Saba has nothing to do with your US visa.

Family Practice, Pediatrics and IM are usually easier to get into for Caribbean grads.

Give me your email address and I will send you a PDF with everything you would ever want to know about a Canadian in the Caribbean, especially Saba. You can PM it to me if you like.
