Public Service Annoucement: I just wanted to remind everybody in Dominica (and back home) about the recent time change. While the time did FALL BACK at 2:00am in most parts of the US, the time does NOT change in Dominica at all. Therefore, for those of you here, the east coast is now 1 hour behind Dominica time and therefore the West Coast is 4 hours behind.
