Would you go to an offshore/international school not listed by WHO and why?

Oh and all schools not chartered in the USA is an international/ FMG/ IMG school.

Now WHO listed is just like telephone directory... if they are not approved YOU SHOULD NOT GO... since they would not have ECMFG and IMED
