changes?

what are all the changes everyone keeps talking about? some threads are talking about having a diff school classroom for the 1st semester med students and other are talking about having 3 classes together as 1........ could someone please tell me and other what exactly is the rumor deal... i mean do we have new classes or new buildings or what is going on......thankx all:rolleyes:

Don't worry about it. The school built a new lecture hall in the building right next to the school, which the vet school used this past semester. They haven't announced which semester is having classes there yet. It may not even be the incoming 1st semesters...our 2nd semester class will still be larger.

As far as the 3 classes thing....it won't affect you. The school proposed a plan to incorporate anatomy, embryo, and histology into 1 class and split it into 2 semesters. They still need the board to approve it, and even if it happens it there is no way it will be done by January.

Well, the lecture hall thing is just common knowledge. The rest came from Dr. N, who is the Dean of Something or Other... :) It doesn't look like there are going to be any major changes for you guys. BUT... they are building a new research lab right now while we are on break. I have no clue what's happening in there though....

There is a new Lecture Hall in Leeward 4, opposite of Leeward 3, and that is it for the changes. No big deal, just another Lecture Hall which will make the Leeward 3 flow easier.
