Score 215/87.

NBME1-510(221), NBME 2-480(214)

Kaplan Q-bank cumulative 78%

Used: Kaplan lecture notes, FA, Q book, Q bank

Please take NBME before exam, it is a good predictor.

I am not sure I can do it. But I will tell you my opinion about exam.
I think they want from us logical thinking, which you can develop by doing Qs as more as possible during your study for exam. Do Q bank, use it as a learning tool. And then assess your knowledge with NBME. Go on exam only if you feel you ready. Good luck!!!

Hi manlyjb and deoriveraMD!!!
I did not post my schedule, b-se I had many personal problems during my study for step 1 and I am sure you can do it better.
I am old FMG, when I start study i did not know english and i was full time Mom(with 1 y.o.) and part time working. Its took about 1 year. But I had gaps up to 2 mth. I read Kaplan lecture notes 2 times(second time I did my notes which I added to FA. During 1, 2 time kaplan reeding I did all qs from Kaplan lecture notes. Then I read FA with my own notes twice and then I did Q book and then Q bank. I will recommend to everybody use Q bank as a learning tool. Do not use it as a self assessment. If you go throug all Q bank and well understand everything, then I think you ready for NBME, and if you happy with your score, just go ahead and take your real test. I wish you all the best!!!

I forgot to tell you. A month before exam I did Physiology Q bank from kaplan.

then you will see NBME Self Assessment sevices (click)
then you will see NBME interactive Website for Self Assessment services(click) and you there. Youhave to create your account and pay 45$ for each test. Good luck!

Hi Saziz!
I think Kaplan lecture notes are different from home study kit. Lecture notes-7 books+Q book, and home study kit has 4 books, I bilieve.
