Bringing dogs to the island?

I was wondering if people have brought dogs to the island in the past and if so what was the process?

I took my miniature pinscher to the island. Here is the process:
1. make sure your landlord will allow it
2. Exactly one week before you leave, go to the vet and get a letter stating the dog is in good health and up to date on vaccines.
3. Saba is rabies free, and has no quarantine
4. Have your letters and proof of vaccines ready at the airport.

Several students have brought dogs without trouble. Once a month a vet comes to the island for any pet needs. Dog food is available at the stores.
