well, as far as the school making a decision, mine took about ten days after the interview. the questions i got were very straightforward:
1. why saba
2. what do you know about the island/school
3. tell me all you know about usmle/licensing in u.s.a
4. what do your parents think, are they supportive
5. why medicine
6. tell me about clinical experiences
that's all i can remember, but there's not much more, as i said before, just be yourself, and be confident. i'm sure you'll be just fine. good luck.

I interviewed a couple of weeks ago. They called me on Monday afternoon and we had the interview two days later.
My interview consisted of a series of questions among me and two other people over a speakerphone. Make sure you know everything that is in your application because they go through it with a fine tooth comb.
Be prepared to answer questions such as.. "Explain why you got a _ on Microbiology." and as always, they will (more than likely) open up with the ever cliched, "Tell me about yourself and your pursuit to become a medical doctor."
Have some questions to ask them, they really like interaction. Smile when you talk and be honest and sincere about everything.
Remember, the interview is not to prove to them that you're a qualified student. That was the first screening process, you passed it. On the interview, interaction is key. Usually the longer they stay on the phone with you, the better chance you will have.
I recieved my packet of admission about 6 days later.
Hope this helps.
