I just got accepted into SABA, but I have a few questions. The first is why SABA over St. George's? How would I set up Hospitals to do rotations in? Does a majority of people get their first or second match? Is there a nightlife or outlets from studying? What loans have the lowest interest? I realize that there are a bunch of questions, but before I make a decision I want to have as much information as possible.

Thanks
Andrea

first off, congratulations. Which term did you get admitted to?

As far as SABA vs. St. George, the most common reason I've heard so far is class size and the 6:1 student/professor ratio, and the smaller tuition. I have seen post of maybe about 45 students per term for SABA. That gives you better attention I guess, vs maybe 200-300 students per class for SGU? (correct me if I am wrong).
As far as activities away from studying, it is an island. Amenities and such as those found in the US is absent. Hiking maybe? The beach if you like the ocean? I am sure they have a bar or something similar...if not, you can probably find one on the next nearest island. Somebody mentioned something about St. Barth's as one area that everybody needs to check out at least once.

Good Luck

Consider tuition costs, school reputation, and which residency field you want. It's a balancing act, but dont cut short any options unless you really need to.
