...the prescription kind. Are they available on Saba? Can't afford to take a large supply with me to the island, and I'm not planning on returning to the states during breaks. HELP! Also, what about international student health insurance with Rx coverage?

Check with the school about specifics. Prescription drugs are only available at the Hospital here and they have a limited formulary. There are lots more available in SXM on either side and the good thing is that they are generally cheaper than in the US (at least that's been my experience). As for Int'l insurance with a drug benefit -- I haven't seen one.
