Transferring

Why are people transferring to st eustatius. Someone who transferred from saba to st eustatius said the teachers and admin were really bad and that there was little help/guidance for clinicals. I would like to know someone else's point of view on this.

I know that Statia was started mostly with students who transferred from Saba, but that was a few years ago. I have not heard of anyone transferring there recently from Saba.

Statia seems to get a number of students who transfer directly into their clinical science program, since you apparently don't have to spend any time on the island before you start clinicals with them.

I know very little about the program on Statia, though I did notice last semester's basic sciences graduation in the St. Maarten paper. I believe they had 8 people in the graduating class. Size does not necessarily reflect quality, but it might give some insight into the overall viability of the program.
