Hi Kirst
Thanks for all the valuable info you have given me and for all your help .And also a big thank you to Chris for helping me out.
I did book the ticket at travels cut, but unfortunately I will be leaving from Victoria on the 28th, will reach St.Lcia on the 29th.
I was wondering if you could kindly post the necessary lab equipments that we need to take with us, if possible, as I have not received my admisson package yet.
Thanks a million to all of you guys.
take care

Hey Kirst,
Do you know where to get a dissecting kit? I didn't see one on allheart oh and what exactly do you mean by stationaries? Are you referring to notebooks and such? Thanks again for answering all our questions!

That is quite odd, I found and purchased my dissecting kit at allheart:

By stationaries I mean everything from pens to a stapler. It is noted in the admission package that supplies are very costly, and thus it would be recommended to bring what you can with you. I'm traveling with 200lb luggage allowance, so I'm stuffing in all the things I can think of- pepperspray, CD-Rs, extra ink cartridges, door lock, batteries, hole puncher, medications, pillow case, hammer, garbage bags  Needless to say, I was not taught how to travel light. But the circumstances are a little different here, where I'm expecting to see the worst in a 3rd world setting- you know, like those previous posts by interesting users commenting on cows roaming free to make the whole island stink after rainfall, crazy natives targetting foreign students, rapists teaching classes...
Be sure to bring good raingear, I heard it's a must.
