As far as I know you can ship using UPS and/ or FED EX air mail. Something makes me think the packet mentions Intermar - but that might be for your car?? Anyway look in the packet or older posts.

Good Luck,

i'm having to ship a box myself.....in the packet there's some instructions on shipping thru Intermar (they're located in florida) .....i'm going to use fedex or ups and ship to their company in florida....(i'll probably use fedex, even tho they're expensive, but i've heard too many horror stories about ups) then i believe they take over from there and ship it to st. maarten....... in the packet it gives u instructions on how to address your boxes and some contact info for when u pick it up on the island.... it says they send a notification to auc that your boxes are at their Intermar location in st. maarten....pm me if u need any other info as i dont have it on me right now... i'm not sure how long it'll take to get there....i read that some people are just taking an extra carry-on with them and paying the extra ~$50-70.... look on some older posts... they talk a lot about this subject....

sorry does that sound confusing?!?! :?
hope that helps!

Anyone shipping down a car with tropicana (unsure about any relation to the juice) can also put 30 square feet of 'stuff' inside for free. They won't insure it, but I just called my car insurance company and they gave me 12K worth of insurance on the material in the car for a hundred bucks. Now I just have to find 12K worth of stuff....

I just packed a third bag (you're allowed two check-ins on American up to 70#) with all kinds of stuff and gave the ticketing agent (thankfully sympathetic and female) my starving medical student sob-story and sad puppy dog look...what should've cost me in excess of $125 (overweight and oversized...the baggage, chuckleheads  ) only ended costing me about $80....worked for me; try it sometime! :P
