grading policy @ AUC

The official transcript of auc does not have a gpa since grades are given as "honors", "pass", or "fail". Can somebody tell me how am i supposed to apply for residency in the US w/o a gpa?

But considering AUC has over 3,500 graduates currently practicing in the US, there must be a way to do it. :?

most US med schools use the same system, resident directors focus on your clinical grades as well and more importantly your step I and II exams.
