Spartan is aprroved for Staffords Loans, and according to school the loans will be available as of Jan 2004! Sorry for the misunderstanding!

That's a wonderful news and it'll certainly mean much for American students or those with American cosigners. Hopefully this will become officially announced soon by the school and the US Department of Education.

I just called the school and they said they don't have standford loan.So can someone please explain to me why all these speculations about Standford loans
