I would like to know if a woman on j1 who marries a us citizen and give birth to a child also us citizen has any chance to get out of j1. In time. Isn't it enough to have your own child in the us in order to get a greencard? What does the American law say: leave your own child and go back to your country?
Thanks.

If you are married to the US citizen, then you should have applied for status adjustment. It takes about 6 month to recieve your green card. A child has no role for you obtaining permanent residency.
Good luck.

The problem with J1 is that you cannot adjust status to permanent resident. Sounds like it may be time to consult a lawyer.
