Hey,
We have a spacious 3br/2ba duplex in Westbay. We have two rooms coming open in Mid December to share with 2- 4th semester students and a bird. Very friendly and easy going!! Pet friendly!
The house is fully furnished!! Everything from beds to sheets to towels, plates, pots, pans, dvd player etc etc. This house was brand new before we moved in to it in May and our landlord is extremely nice. It's also one of the most spacious places for the money that i've seen in Cayman.
The smaller of the 2 rooms is $575 CI a month plus the utils split.
The larger of the 2 rooms is $675 CI a month plus utils split.
Our house is exactly 4 miles from school located in the Shores area (which is a nicer area of Westbay).
