I highly recommend USMLE WORLD CCS! The cases were a great way to prepare (don't memorize them, use them to test yourself by covering them up and revealing them line-by-line as you reason them out ON PAPER). Make sure you practice the computer program provided by the USMLE.

on the CCS cases when you see a patient in the office and some of the labs ordered have result dates for one or two days later, on the ccs question does one need to change location back to home and bring patient back to office when the results are back? If so does one need to give counseling for suspected diseases such as TB, STD’s, etc before the result are back while the patient is in your office for the first time?

How did u manage jaundice case. please post that case. same case i got in the exam. I failed.
