We have an extra 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom separate from main living quarters for $750 per month plus utilities. Place includes W/D, AC, Internet, Satellite TV, pool, huge veranda, great views, cool breeze 10 minutes from school. I rent the main house with my wife, daughter (14) and dog.
