Whassup K...
MedPsych: Study her notes
Path II: Robbins 7th ed, notes. I also really liked path secrets and used it for board prep.
Pharm: Choe's book, but supplement with Lippincott...you'll thank yourself when you get to Step I and into clinicals.

Aloha,
Unless it's the recent 2005 updated lippincott's, I would go with a more recent review book... Maybe BRS. That's just me. I used to think Lippincott's was the bomb, but it kind of lacks. Also, I highly recommend the BRS flash cards, and don't be fooled, they look simple, but are very high yield.
Also, get your hands of the pharm powerpoints and start memorizing them from day one. That can't be stressed enough.

Ditch-- thanks for the info. I like flash cards.
