I am wondering which loan I should I apply? Healthexpress or the Teri Loan? I am an international student who just graduated from College with bachelors in biology in the USA. I am getting one of my relatives to cosign. What other considerations should I consider? I know I cant get a loan on my own because I dont have a green card and I am not a US citizen. If you guys have any suggestions or advise please let me know.
