dean not responding to emails (russia)

i sent in my application to pavlov medical in st petersburg and was accepted.And then i've been trying to get in touch with the foreign dean (who emailed me twice ) about getting the invitation letter,but i havent heard from her since!!!no reply whatsoever,i even sent several faxes.
So i was forced to contact etvesh the comppany that is in collaboration with the school and there was an immediate response and they have answered my every question.i think it is wierd that the dean wouldnt get in touch with me after the first 2 times.
I'm a littel worried about how everyone goes on about how not to be scammed by these companies.what do you think?anybody?

well,she needs to leave an away message thats for sure!:rolleyes:
so today i get an email from the vice dean (where has she been?) saying
"school starts september 1,you have to ask for the letter":mad:
geez lady where have you been?pissing me off...............

okay guys
the vice dean got in touch with me,and she advised me to get in touch with the company that is affiliated with the school.its called etvesh.
they have been very good about emailing me when i have a question,and i think if the vice dean recommends them then they should be okay,the fees are the same as the school even throught he company.
google "etvesh" and thats them.
so.......get googling!:)
