Believe me by the time you pay all the taxes and get the lic you will need after 12 months Basic Sciences will be over. When I checked shipping was around 2500-4000 depending on what it was. Took about 2-3wks by Ship.
You will have to pay a 17% VAT tax (current value in UK 17%) once it gets here. An average tank of gas here is about 90 to $100 USD. So is there anyway to leave it and not worry it gets damaged or worse stolen on the way here? Cars here cost 400 to 1200 pounds, a lot less than shipping that one here and back I would think. Wow even at low price 2500 here VAT of lets say at least 600 usd, based on a car worth 3500 usd, 2500 back and thats at least 5600 plus other hassles and costs like no parking here and there are other certs you will need.
