I am looking for a single female, non-smoker to share a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in Westbay for 650 CI. This apartment includes free water and utilities/ A/C, washer/ dryer/ kitchen (furnished) and den (furnished).

Greetings, we are 2 females transferring to SMU this fall. I noticed you are looking for a roommate. My friend and I are considering renting one room so we could share and save some money. Will you consider having 2 roommates? We will not be around much and will be on the island only until Dec. Thus we figure we could just get a room to share and cut costs.
