Time Difference

I was wondering what the time difference is bet. the U.S. and SABA..I guess I should have a reference pt... New York and SABA

Sort of. Saba does not "observe" Daylight Savings Time.

Exactly...
When the US springs forward one hour, 0900 NYC = 0900 Saba. IN the fall, Saba becomes one hour ahead of NYC.

Good to know. I've been traveling quite a bit and this whole time difference thing has got my biorythm confused. It's interesting that SABA has the same time as NY while some of the southern states are behind and SABA is further south. Thanks for the replies.:)

Every southern state in the Eastern Time zone is on the same time as New York. Some of the southern states are on the western side of that time zone line. Saba, on the other had, is east of the line. It doesn't matter how far south you are, it's how far east/west you are.
