The essay for Ross's application has a maximum limit of 300 words. I was planning to use the personal statement I'm sending to other schools, which is about 780 words. Do ya'll think this will be a problem or are they lenient with length?

I don't think that they're that strict about essay length. I used my personal statement which was well over 300 words, and they didn't say anything about that. Good luck!

For my application essay, I just turned in the same PS I gave to all the schools, instead of customizing my essay to answer the 2 questions Ross asked to discuss in the essay ("Why you wanna b a doc? and what you can bring to today's multicultural society?") These questions were answered in my PS, but not directly. Do you think the admissions committee will notice that instead of writing a new essay specifically for this school, I just turned in the PS sent to all other school? If so, will that decrease my chance of acceptance?
